A. Your order will normally be shipped within 30 working days. But due to product specificities (Education and Industry Products), there may be a bit delays in delivery. Always deliver package in 15-45 working days.

Your order may be subject to Customs Duties upon arrival in your country and the resulting tariff costs will be borne by the buyer.

B. Shipping methods: we offer FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, Sea transportation and special air line for your orders.

C. Shipping fee: postage will be charged automatically when you check out.

D. Due to the special nature of the robots and the battery, the package may be inspected several times during the transportation process, and the delivery time can not be guaranteed accurately, and may be subject to delays by third-party transportation service providers, and any way we can assure that you will get all components.
